Terms of Service
The Service
Business Home Base is a professionally built one-page online business hub provided by Hubs R Us for a $497 one-time launch fee plus $97 per month under the current service structure. The launch scope, the monthly service scope, and the items not included are described on the Business Home Base page and form part of these terms.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for supplying accurate business facts, claims, credentials, prices, testimonials, product information, and any regulated information used in the project.
Revisions and Updates
The launch includes one consolidated revision round. The monthly service includes one qualifying minor update credit per month; credits do not accumulate, do not roll over, cannot be combined into a larger project, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used for custom development. Major changes may require a separate quote.
No Performance Guarantees
Hubs R Us does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue.
Billing and Cancellation
Billing, cancellation, and any upgrade-credit terms will be finalized by the site owner in the customer service agreement before launch.
